PENDING ACCOUNT : Your ACCOUNT is not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you log in.

The test account is already verified.

Same goes that emails are not sent to verify. tried a Gmail account and it was sent, neither to spam or inbox?

Also, wonder why the verify email url says /wp-login.php?... when the login url is different for our website (custom for admin login) but neither should they go there since user registration plugin gives me the option to have another login page for users. SHouldn’t they go their then?

    Hi alriksson,

Regarding your first issue of pending account. Are you sure the account is verified? The above message shows if you have selected “Admin approval after registration”. As an admin, you need to verify the account manually from Users menu in your dashboard. If the status for the user is “Pending” it means you need to verify it. If the status shows “active” then the user should be able to login. If not then we need to have a look around. We are not able to replicate the issue in our test server. For this, you can directly contact here https://wpeverest.com/contact/

Regarding your second query “emails are not sent to verify”. This means you have selected “Email Confirmation to login” in your plugin setting. If your emails are not being delivered then you need to check your server configuration for email. For more detail you can refer here https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/user-registration/troubleshooting/emails-are-not-being-delivered/

For your third query please refer this https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/user-registration/email-settings/how-to-redirect-email-confirmation-link-to-user-registration-login-page/

Yes sure I verified it and it still did not work to log in.

I’ve understood all the different settings and functions of course but thanks.

It is not delivered to gmail or other account. our custom domain email it was delivered. And such emails as comment added or someone replied to your comment etc works to that. But not verify email or gmail.

I even see it is sent from [email protected] why is it so where do I change this all fields in wordpress and your plugin is set to another email and still it is sent from that account that we don’t even have setup on the email server. But is it using some sort of STMP in wordpress or what?

Ok I can change it to whatever? But it should match the page url where they login right or could the /login?… be what ever or should it match the user login url page?

    Hello again,

Please consult your hosting provider for the email delivery issue. Since, we have used the wp_mail() function provided by WordPress, we can’t do much but recommend to use SMTP plugins too.

And, yes the login should be a login page slug. If you mean here: Please click on this verification link {{home_url}}/login?ur_token={{email_token}} to confirm registration.

    Thank You!

So we are forced to use SMTP plugin? to make it work? I understand but you have to guide me how it works the knowledgebase is very bad, I’m technical but I consider it to give me 0 useful information. No prints, no information that provide me any useful information. Which is why all those threads. So please explain and tell me why it’s emailing from [email protected] when we dont have this email account.

my core wp login url for admins or the one created with User Registration?
