• I googled this and got squat. Every time I go to my webpage (https://www.mountyscorner.com/blog) Peer Guardian throws a fit about having blocked an IP address. It may be nothing, but I’m not sure. Anyone know how to decode this:

    Rejected: 138.96.249.65:80 –
    FR-RENATER-INRIA-SOPHIA-B Institut National de
    Rec (01-06-2005 @ 00:03:19)

I ran an Arin WhoIs on the IP address and found it was registered to the “RIPE Network Coordination Centre” in the Netherlands. Does this mean anything to anyone? Thanks.

Figured out what it was, in case anyone has this issue, too – if you have a button link to the W3C CSS validation site, you’ll get this error. Just remove the ip address from the config file and all will be well.
