I don’t know the Peepso plugin, so I can’t say what kind of integration it would be possible to do.
The Tainacan strives to maintain the standard wordpress data structure (posttypes, metadata, taxonomies, etc…) this can facilitate the interaction with other plugins, I would have to do some tests to evaluate the behaviors.

What would you need in order to do the tests?
I have just signed up to an annual subscription with them, so whatever you would need to access I could probably arrange that by letting you log into my peepso account.

I checked the Peepso demo to have an idea, it seems really interesting. As far as I can see, every page in their UI (a user profile, a group profile). Can be edited using the gutenberg block editor. When editing one of these pages, you will be able to see a shortcode (which renders all the Peepso inner content of the page) and then will have all the space to insert any blocks, including Tainacan ones. This is as far as I can see the “integration” going without any necessary extra code. I would recommend you to play around a bit with the features that both plugins offer and then reach us in the Discourse group for more help or any specific demands that we could implement ??

I have contacted a Peepso developer to check it is ok to do what you suggest, I’m awaiting their reply. Peepso had previously warned about altering any code as it will mess things up when you update the software.
It would be great if I could integrate tainacan into Peepso, that way I get the us of your excellent digital archive and also the social network to allow collectors to share their collections with each other.

I want to create a social network for sports memorabilia collectors using Peepso social network plugins and also integrating Tainacan for the digital respiratory feature. Currently collectors are using Facebook groups and instagram to share their collections and connect with other collectors around the world though these platforms are not set up for what collectors need and want.
