pdownloads does not work !!!

  • The video will not show in uploaded videos…
    I thought the video was too big… so I uploaded one that was 27mb (max is 35mb) will not show…
    I went into the wordpress in my hosting & placed the videos in:
    /wp-content/uploads/paid-downloads/files/, they do not show up under pdownloads, files…
    I am trying to use an sms that this plug-in accepts…
    How do I get my videos to show up so I can make them downloadable ???
    I wouldn’t think that would have something to do with how I filled out the settings… PLEASE HELP !!!
