PDF’s not showing either thumbnail or slides

  • Hello,
    We had foyer setup on multiple TV’s and working fine a few months ago but now we are unable to upload PDF’s.

    When uploading to a new slide the PDF image preview doesn’t show and if I upload to a slide we just see a white screen.

    Troubleshooting so far:
    ghostscript installed on server
    imagemagick installed on server
    pdf image preview is installed as plugin and also imagemagick

    The pdf is uploading correctly into /wp-content/uploads/2021/09/… etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.
