Hello,

We just started using dFlip. It’s working great for most of our users; however, we have a few (safari browser on older Macs and iPads) that have trouble loading the PDFs into the viewer. The wheel just keeps spinning and never loads.

We have not been able to recreate the issue on site. All of our Macs and iPads are up to date. It seem that some of these users may not be on the current OS (a few months behind).

Are there any thoughts on what the cause could be?

We appreciate any help we can get.

Hi,

We suspect its some url issue. Http and https pages both are active. We recommend redirecting all http to https.

Please share the link to your page. We will confirm if not look for other causes.

I create page by page as image and is working now, but I dont know why only that pdf didnt show up, thanks for ur support
