• PDFs do not open
    And that writes me an error
    “Failed to load the PDF”.
    I’ve tried some computers and some software, and customers tell me that too

    I’m sorry about that. Is this for both the email attachment and the direct download from the admin, or only one of them? Could you upload an example PDF somewhere so we can take a look at it?

    Usually, we don’t open what is inside the site, and often we don’t open what is sent to customers as well.
    And now I see that the file weighs 0 MB .

    Is this supposed to be an invoice? The strange thing is that there is no document name in the filename at all here (and the file is completely empty like you said). Could you add &debug=true to the URL for the PDF Invoice to see if that shows you any errors?
