PDF Viewer – Page by Page

Looking to create something along the lines of: https://www.net-a-porter.com/magazine/200/contents – using PDF uploads to supply the content here.

Any plugin suggestions to do something similar to this? Or does it require the articles to be created within WordPress, rather than via PDF upload?
