• Resolved iReal Projects

The pdfs do not load properly. The loader gets stuck either at “Loading WEBGL 3D” or “Loading PDF 100%.” Sometimes the issue resolves by converting to 3G on phone while sometimes it resolves by refreshing several times. Once initiated, the viewer works fine. However, it doesn’t initiate even after multiple retries.

File size is not an issue as our pdfs range from 4MB to 20MB and the issue affects all of the pages equally.

Our website is basically for reading eBooks, therefore, the issue we are facing is quite serious. If there isn’t a possible solution, then we would have to change the viewer though we really like it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Could you try to reproduce the issue with images instead of PDF? Plugin uses PDFJS library for PDF rendering, so the problem goes from the lib or the server.

You Use another Plugin, try this one.

You are suggesting to create the dflipbook using images rather than pdf file?

I’ll try the solution and get back. Thanks!

Update: I have created one book using images, however, there seems to be some difference in initial loading time of the viewer.
However, the viewer got stuck at WEBGL-3D. It only got resolved after I refreshed.

Is there anything I need to change in the settings? What do you think makes it get stuck even before it tries to load the pdf or images?

It is better to ask dflip author. Try this plugin as well.
