PDF View Problems

    if you want a link to the document in mDocs you can press the share button and copy the Direct Download link.

    You can also got mDocs Settings and remove the .htacces file contents, this will allow anyone access to the files and the mDocs built in protection will be remove. Which means if you have files that only can be downloaded my members it will no longer work.

    One last recommendation is to upgrade to the latest version of mdocs, I can’t really help debug older version of the application.

    If you do go that route please make sure you back up your WordPress site before proceeding. You are using a very old version of mdocs and upgrading might cause some issues.

    We can upgrade to a newer version, but before I do, can you point me to the user guide for MDocs Library? I think I need to understand better how this library system is designed to work. so I know how to advise my user community. Bob W

    I currently have no user guide. By all means ask any question you would like and I will try to answer as best I can.
