    sorry for delay
    I would like to use pdf image a post thumbnail but not pdf icon, let’s say the first page of pdf
    cause if I got a post with pdf, the post will not have thumbnail image
    tell me if it’s clear for U

    Not quite clear for me. Do you want the first image in the PDF file set as featured image of the post? Or the first page of the PDF file? If both yes: that is not possible, sorry.
