My pdf stamper is working fine following an order when downloading the file from my woocommerce orders page within WordPress. However, when customers receive their email reciept, generated by the woocommerce plugin, the downloaded pdf received from the provided download link isn’t correctly stamped. Instead it displays {first_name} {order_number} as placeholders instead of the actually name and order number. Again, it works if the file is downloaded using the link in the woocommerce order page but not the link provided in their email receipt.

    Any ideas??

Was fine before a recent update.

Hey there! Are you using a particular plugin to facilitate these stamps? I’m guessing you’re referring to a watermarking plugin – have you checked with the plugin developer whether this is a known issue for them?

It is woocommerce that developed the watermark plugin that is not working properly. Stamps fine when downloading direct from the site but not when using the url provided in a customer email created by woocommerce.

    Any ideas why?
