• Tried to ask for help on the Support forum and didn’t get help.
    All my downloads (pdf’s) show up as text, tried suggested solutions in previous topics, nothing worked.
    This means ALOT of work to get this all sorted.

    Hi,
    Please open a support ticket here We have to check your installation to find the issue.

    However, did you try deactivating other plugins?

    PDF downloads works fine in our test and many other users using Download Manager for PDF download without any issue.

    I opened a ticket on 21/09 and after i’ve been asked to provide login credentials nothing happened. Is there something i can do to get this solved?

    It looks like any of your active plugin generating some unexpected output ( please check screenshot here: https://www.evernote.com/l/AV3tIhtbKWpGa6RUjJrgnvBG06HOkrOoswYB/image.png ). You need to disable that faulty plugin to make download work.

    /download/brochure-iso-9001/?wpdmdl=2433 is the wpdmdl not refering to the download manager plugin?
    Anyway. We bought the plugin now to see if that helped, but we still get the same error.
    If it’s not the download manager is there a way to find out what plugin does give this error?

    You need to try disabling other plugins, one after another, to find the faulty plugin, or please post here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ , support team will take care of that.

    This is getting a bit annoying tbh..
    We bought the plugin to make sure to get good support. I can imagen that for a free version the support wouldn’t be as good as a payed version, but since the last time i’ve been asked to give login credentials for the 3th time i again didn’t get any feedback.

    Can we finally get a solution for this problem? I’ve given login credentials 3 times now, payed for the plugin and contacted you guy’s several times. So far the only thing that came from you guy’s is that it should be the error of a other plugin causing this. That’s all we heard..

    This is very poor support tbh. Since we payed for the plugin i would expected a better support than what we got now!

    problem is solved, not thanks to the support team of this plugin.

    Got it solved, so gave 2 stars becouse it’s working again, but only 2 since support was very poor, been asked 3 times to give credentials, never they’ve tried to log in.

    Hello, I am using the plugin of the donwload manager. Until recently it has worked perfectly, but from one day to the next it has stopped working. When trying to download the file in PDF takes me to a page that ends in:
    ? /? Wpdmdl = 1334
    I’ve tried uninstalling all the other plugins but it still does not work.
    Anyone know what might be happening?
