PDF Report shows stripes

    When I go to Download Report > Downlaod CSV, I get a working CSV file.

    But when I go to Download Report > Download PDF, I get a PDF that contains nothing but stripes.

    Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

    Thanks for using Independent Analytics!

    There may be an incompatibility with the browser. Could you let me know what browser and version you’re using? You may also want to test the PDF download in a private browser tab, which runs without any of the browser extensions installed.

    Thank you very much for your prompt response.

    Yes, you are correct; it is indeed the browser. The striped PDFs occur in LibreWolf 129.0.1-1, and Mullvad Browser 13.5.2.

    The PDF shows correctly in Chromium and Firefox.

    Great, thanks for letting me know. I’m not sure if we’ll be able to support those browsers as we use an open source library for handling the PDF creation, but I’ll see if anything can be done.
