    2 issues – I can’t seem to post on your priority support. When I fill in the form and try to submit it, nothing seems to happen.

    I am trying to edit a PDF Receipt from the templates. I can’t get it to stop breaking the footer across multiple pages. So, my receipt ends up being 3 pages. This happens even with the basic template, template #3.

    Suggestions?

    Sorry to hear of your trouble with the Priority Support form. We’ve had a constant influx of submissions so I would guess it was just a glitch or maybe a conflict with a browser extension.

    Regarding PDF receipts; we’ve seen that issue quite a bit. Please make sure you’re updated to the latest version of the Add-on. Then test with different templates. If you continue to have trouble, reach out to me via our Contact Form:
