    Hello Dan, please i have gone through this support page and though saw 2 places where my issue has been discussed but it was not resolved. my website url and d page is https://ozonewithoutborders.ngo/milicich/ . I dont want people to download before they can view the files, i want the page to open in a new window not to download. I want it in such a way that when they click on the pdf icons then the document should open online in a new window not that they should download it. Hope you understand. Hoping to read fro you soon. Thank you.

    Hi dayson88,

    The closest that Document Gallery supports is setting attachment_pg to true.

    Unfortunately it is outside of the scope of DG to support embedding files in the browser. This is quite a complex feature and really belongs in its own plugin. I started work on such a plugin a while ago, but that plugin has not been worked on in some time and is likely incompatible with current versions of WordPress. The ideal implementation of a viewer for attachments would embed the viewer in the attachment page, making it work with Document Gallery out of the box. If you can find such a plugin then you will have a solution.
