PDF product voucher No Background Image

    I have an issue after the update to Version 3.9.2 of PDF product voucher plugin. PDF is generating but the template image is missing.

    I already deactivated other plugins aside from woocommerce, pdf product voucher and stripe gateway plugin. And I also switched to 2021 wordpress theme.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    I had a similar issue:
    The template contained a background image and my company logo. When the PDF was created the background image was missing.

    Solution: I removed the logo and then the background image was shown in the PDF.

    So I just added the logo to the background image an the PDF looks fine, now.

    I have tried removing logo too but unfortunately it is not working for me. PDF get created but there is no background image. Please share if somebody found solution. Thank you
