    Hi,

I don’t seem to be able to open or download it as PDF. When I click on the icon, another tab opens as web view. Although once the order is logged the invoice is generated and attached to emails. But I would like to be able to download it from the backend.

Also, is there an option to show single item pricing, as the invoice just calculate the subtotal to each item.

    Please advise.

    Hello Shanyi,
If the invoice shows as HTML, you may have that option enabled in the settings (it’s meant for development only). You can find this setting under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status > Output to HTML.

To modify how the price is displayed, you need a custom template (with custom price functions) or the Premium Templates extension, which lets you do this via the settings:

Let us know if you still have that issue with the PDF not opening and we’ll do our best to help!

Thank you Ewout. Indeed I did.

One more thing, I need the individual unit price to be displayed in addition to the quantity and category total in the invoicing table. Which extension allows it?

    Thanks!

That would be the Premium Templates extension mentioned above. If you have any further questions about this, just send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to answer ??
