pdf/print output only has page title

    The linked page is typical of the site layout. It does not have pdf & print installed since it is not working in development. The pages on the site are built in page builder. On every page, except the privacy policy page that WP generated, generating a PDF only shows the page title. I had the plugin place the buttons in the upper right, and I’ve tried a short code in the body of the text below the divider after “Carnelian Woods”. The results are the same.

    Hi,

    The plugin may not be compatible with your GoodLayers page builder.

    You can try to use “Full Page Capture to PDF” option. In this case the plugin will mirror what is shown on screen.If “Full Page Capture to PDF” option is disabled in order to generate pdf/print version of the page, PDF & Print plugin uses the content that is featured in the body of post/page before it is displayed by the browser (i.e. the data featured in the main block on this post/page in the edit mode).

    I have the same problem. Only post title. The post is composed by ACF output.
    If “Full Page Capture to PDF” is activated, no actin on pdf icon click. Even on the simples (WordPress pages or posts without ACF).
    WP version 6.2
    PHP 7.4.30 and 8.0

    Hi @fipsfips,

    Could you please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution? Before performing the steps, we recommend you do a full backup of your site.

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except the PDF & Print by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one by one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    4) Contact us back with information about the results.
