Can you please clear your site cache? Also, there can be a conflict with other third-party plugins, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another default WordPress theme for checking, please let me know then.

Clearing cache doesn’t seem to make a difference. I tried in troubleshooting mode with just download manager and the same thing happened. Same using 2023 theme. Once the page is reloaded a couple of times the preview loads but it doesn’t on first load – only in edge. Chrome works fine.
