PDF pop-up not working on mobile

    PDF Installation instructions are not working on mobile (it just shows the first page of the document and the entire document cannot be viewed). See the link in the “characteristics tab”. It’s working fine on PC/mac. Any way to resolve?

    Actually, our plugin only display content in popup.

    That is not what appears when I click on it using iPhone safari or chrome. It displays differently depending on the browser and what kind of device is being used. Do you have a solution for iPhone display? Thank you.

    Hello,

    We have checked your website and you are using and opening in PDF popup. <iframe> is also browser-dependent so this issue creates is browser related so this is not any plugin issue this is browser related <iframe> issue.
