pdf packing slips not displaying productcategory

    I took over this webshop. The packing slips were right, displaying product–number–productcategory–Price. We also use Order delivery dat-plugin.

    Last week I added a small text in the footer of the invoice. That is the only thing I changed.

    Now the Packing slips don’t show anymore the productcategory, but it shows the SKU-code. As far as I know, I did not add this to the packing slips.

    What can I dot to show the productcatergory again?

    Hi @jacquelinej,

    By default, we don’t add the product category on the packing slip (nor on the invoice), so this could have been added in these ways:

    1. Using a code snippet: This could be disabled by accident, whether removing it from the funcionts.php file (or another PHP file), or disabling it in the Code Snippets plugin (if you have this plugin installed).
    2. Using a custom PDF template: if you have one, this could have been switched to another template on WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template. Go there and click in the dropdown: if you see other option in addition to Simple (our default PDF template) with (Custom) after its name, so you have a custom PDF template. If there are other options without (Custom) after its name, you have the Premium Templates extension (See next point).
    3. Using the customizer included in the Premium Templates extension: Similarly to the previous possibility, you could have this extension installed in your site (this can be checked under Plugins > Installed Plugins). If so, the category could have been added using the customizer, so you should to switch your template to Simple Premium and try again, since our Simple template is not compatible with the customizer.

    Let me know if you figure out from where the category was being added to your packing slips!
