    i have some question , please help …

    Use PDF form for tickets :
    I want to customize my form, and finally after ticket closed, everyone (Agents and customers ) can get an print from some field that i defined in design process .

    Use Relationship between fields:
    and can i make relationship between field ? l(for example : when you select country , another list will show you states of the country that you selected , and when you select your states its show cities of tat states )

    Use Demo or Trial :
    can i use the “gravity Forms Bridge” add-on before i purchase , like trial version for 10 day use or anything else ?

    and need to repay at the end of the year to renew my membership and work with the Add-on plan?

    I apologize for this situation.

    Regarding the PDF Form for tickets, we don’t have a way to do that automatically. The closest approach could be exporting tickets manually as PDF documents with tools like the Google Chrome PDF export.

    With the relationship between fields, or conditional logic, there is a way to populate a field based on a value of a field. You can read more about this in the link below:

    Regarding the demo, we don’t have a way to do that as you would have immediate access to the code of the Gravity Forms add-on and the Gravity Forms plugin. The most I could do is to share you the documentation and ask me questions about the functionalities of the add-on.

    Hi @yeisonbp , again .

    1. Based on your explanation i think i can export PDF file, with Gravity view and Gravity PDF maker Add-on.

    2. I want to know if i buy this Add-on can i use all of options in Gravity form and other Gravity Form Add-on.

    3. And how to purchase this add-on, i want to know if i can download immediately after payment?

    4. and important What do you mean by “Billed yearly until cancelled” ; shall i pay 49$ each year to use this add-on or just for Your Support and what happens if i don’t want to charge it again.
