PDF not working on an Intranet

Hi,
Not sure what is going wrong. I am using:
[flipbook pdf=”https://intranet.gsi.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/570-06-04-2017-STAFF-UPDATE-.pdf”%5D
I think it not working because it is a internal website. Bit should it work? and if so how?
n.b. I load https://intranet.gsi.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/570-06-04-2017-STAFF-UPDATE-.pdf on our company network, and it works fine.

Correct the PDF needs to be on a public url. Please use our desktop publisher if you want to create private publications using your PDFs (https://flowpaper.com/download)
