Pdf not shown correctly on iPhone

    The plugin works like a charm in computer browsers, but I’ve notices a problem when viewing my site on iPhone devices. Pdf-files are not shown properly through the fancybox. They are not shown properly on Androids either, but on Android, the user gets the alternative to download the pdf-file and all is well. On iPhone, a part of the first page is shown like an image in a fancybox, and there are not possibility to scroll in any direction.

    Any clues? =S

  • Hi, yes this is a known issue and cannot be fixed without the help of Apple (meaning an iOS update) … the only way around the problem is to switch the Easy FancyBox PDF?embed method to Google Viewer.

    Sadly this is not an option for users within the republic of China (the firewall blocks access to Google Viewer) but it will help others.
