PDF not showing for non-login users

  • Hi,

    I would like to know, how can i give access to non-login users to be able to open the PDF generated by the template.

    At the moment only login user can open the generated template PDF, and i couldn’t see any option on the setting’s menu that enables non-login users to open it.

    Is there any kind of function or configuration to add to the “configuration.php” to bypass this issue ?

    Hi,

    There are security measures in place to protect the PDF from unauthorised access. Only the original owner who submitted the form can view the PDF as a logged out user.

    You can read more about the PDF security in place in our documentation.

    At this time the security measures cannot be disabled but will be customisable in our 4.0 release we’re currently developing.
