PDF not showing

How big is the pdf? we have a 15 megabyte limit on our free version that could be the reason for why its not showing

We are facing a similar issue. The plugin hangs on loading viewer and later gives the error message: ‘Can’t load this PDF. Make sure the PDF exists at the URL you’re loading it from.’ The pdf is available at the media library, size is only 92 KB and is showing otherwise.

Please suggest.

Strange fact: the plugin did work a couple of days after starting this topic. Now it is broken again.

We’re trying to trace this and see why this is happening on some servers. In the meantime you can upload the PDF to a different location than your wordpress wp-content folder and host it from there instead. That will make the PDF load

It indeed works when a PDF is not in the wp-content folder.
Hope you fix this issue soon. Do you post an notification here when you found a solution for this issue?
