PDF not present

    I followed the howto explained here

    Here my plugin versions ;
    E2pdf Version 1.16.09
    forminator ; Version 1.14.12.1

    -I have generated the formular with forminator
    -In E2pdf settings/extensions, I have checked that Forminator is not disabled
    -In E2Pdf, I have created a new template
    -in the popup menu, I have selected format->A4 and item->my forminator formular then click on AutoPDF
    -set a name of this template and click on Save
    The ID of this template is 2

    In Forminator/formular/modify my formular/behavior
    – After submission => Délégation envoyée [e2pdf-view id=”2″]
    – Forminator update

    Now, I make a test with the formular on the website.
    After submission, a pdf frame seems to be opened but with nothing in it, and get closed after a few seconds.

    So I get back to Forminator/formular/modify my formular/behavior
    – After submission => Délégation envoyée (removes shortcode)
    – Email notification => As attachement please find the doc [e2pdf-attachment id=”2″]

    Now, I make another test with the formular on the website.

    In the email, no attachment. What’s wrong ?

    Hi,

    Check please if your E2Pdf Template “activated” as on screenshot and connected to correct form: https://prnt.sc/1jhn6tf

    If it looks okay, try to add [e2pdf-download id="2"] shortcode to “After submission” message. It must generate PDF download link which must open / save PDF. It will show error if something wrong with PDF configuration.

    P.S. As about message disappearing after some time – you need to disable “Auto-close success message” https://prnt.sc/1jhovu1

    If you will fail with setup, attach please some screenshots where [e2pdf-download] and [e2pdf-attachment] shortcodes were added + screenshot from “E2Pdf” -> “Templates”).

    Hello,
    the template is activated
    `délégation prez
    =>formulaire de délégation du prez
    => Forminator
    => Activated

    Then, add [e2pdf-download id=”2″] shortcode to “After submission”
    then, unticked Auto-close success message

    Then…
    The message after submission contains the download link and it links to the generated pdf. Good !

    and the email is sent with the link too… good !
