    Hi,
    I have done the setting as PDF invoices to be attached to Completed Order. I’m receiving an email of completed order but there is no invoice attached in it. You can find screenshot of setting.
    Please if you could let me know how to attach invoice in the completed order email

    Hi @dalaldhairya,

    You say you are receiving the completed order email, but the completed order email is going to the customer, not the admin. Are you sure you are checking the correct email?

    Can you send a screenshot of the email you want the invoice to attach to?

    Thanks for the prompt reply.
    The completed order email is being received by customer which is absolutely correct. BUt customer is not receiving invoice with the completed order email. I have already shared a settings snapshot wherein I have selected attach to completed order

    Can you confirm that the invoice is created? Look inside the order for it and let us know.

    Yes! The invoice is created and seen properly in dashboard. See screenshot
    I even opened it and seems functioning.

    That’s strange. Could you test updating an order without invoice to completed status and see if the email gets the attachment?

    Yes I know! I don’t know why its failing to get attached! I had tried the same. Ill try the same again and get back to you in 5-10mins

    I meant changing the order status manually inside the order.

    Hi,
    I tried again! The pdf invoice is not getting enclosed with the completed order email.

    I manually changed the order status back to completed order and also tried by placing a new order and changing its status to completed. But the email didn’t attach the PDF invoice. The invoice number is getting generated and also been seen on dashboard

    Hello @dalaldhairya

    Quite strange. Could you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if it shows some error from our plugin?

    No! No logs of your plugin!
    I even tried manual email method but it didn’t attach even then
