We stumbled across an issue with the plugin. Whenever customers select Mollie -> Banktransfer then they don’t get an PDF attached in the mail. Other methods, like iDeal do work.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

    Hi nickalona,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We do not send attachments based on the payment method, but rather depending on the order statuses. Add the status in which the order gets updated in the “Attach invoice PDF in customer email” option in the invoice plugin setting when user’s complete the payment through “Banktransfer” method. Also, make sure to enable the WooCommerce mail for the selected order statuses, as we only send attachments with WC email.

    Hi support,

I double checked the settings as per your comment. I can confirm the mail settings are correct. The order status is “on-hold”. I can’t find any settings related to sending a WC mail for the order status though. I think it’s enabled by default (all other methods work with an email)

    Hi nickalona,

Kindly share the screenshot of “General” page (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General) from the invoice settings to get a better understanding of the plugin setup on your end.

    Hi nickalona,

Thanks for updating. Kindly share the below mentioned information for further debugging.

    1. Full screen screenshot of the WooCommerce order edit page of any order you are facing issues with. It is adviced to hide user sensitive information while sharing screenshots.
    2. WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).
    3. Please confirm that the order placing status of that particular payment method is “on-hold”. Also, mention the Mollie plugin name and version.

    Hi nickalona,

We reviewed the information you provided. However, we were unable to pinpoint the issue you are facing. We tested few payment methods which resulted in the order being placed on hold. However, in each case, the invoice document was attached to the order notification mail. Please provide a screen recording of a test order placed using the “Bank Transfer” method that does not attach the invoice document to the WooCommerce order mail. You can share the screen recording via this link.
