PDF not attached in e-mail

  • Hello, the PDF is correctly generated (success message with link to download is displayed and corrected storage in the library website) but is not attached to the e-mail despite the checkbox for the attachment is flaged (none of the two mail send by CF7). What I can do? In alternative, how can I insert a link in the e-mail with the pdf link for the dowload? Thank you

    Hello, I followed the instruction in the video and all the settings seem to be ok, but the problem persist (PDF not attached) and also the link is not visible in the success message. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you
