• Look, I’m a biker. I’m involved in a tiny one make forum but I’ve been lumbered with the writhing mass of bloatware which is WordPress.

Suddenly the links to my magazine scans have failed. Message was “file origin does not
    match viewer’s”

A bit of Googling and I found the HOSTED_VIEWER_ORIGINS line and added my domain to it, both in http and https form.
Now the message is “Message: Failed to fetch”

Stuck now. Where do I go?

    Yours grumpily, Lonesome.

    Hi Lonesome

The PDFs need to be loaded from lonesometwin.com in order for PDFjs to load them. This is a security feature. Currently I suspect they’re being loaded from lonesometwin.co.uk. There is a way around it with HOSTED_VIEWER_ORIGINS but I think that has to be a part of the code when I built it out.

At this time, I’m not sure a way around it.

Also, your post is private so I can’t see it.

Thanks, could you try this one? Still a problem.

Ok, the issue now is that your website is loading over https but then PDF is http. Update the PDF URL to be https and all should be good.
