    Most likely though, you are running into this issue with the way your PDF is produced in the first place: https://wp-pdf.com/kb/hyperlinks-arent-working-premium-version/

    You would need to go back to the software used to export the PDF and ensure the hyperlinks are properly inserted.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
