PDF lightbox not working sometimes

    Strange issue. Have a PDF opening in a lightbox, most machines it will work on chrome however I do have one that doesn’t. The PDF shows it loading about half-way and then stops. I can load the pdf directly from that browser.

    If you click on the ‘Product Information’ button it should show the PDF in your lightbox.

    Any idea why it’s not working on some machines? Only happening in chrome (which is recently updated).

    Hello

    Probably some specific browser’s add-on(s) are installed on machines where it doesn’t work. We can’t reproduce this problem on our local machines.
