PDF labels are 0 Bytes

Oh, I found the “why”, hopefully you can name the solution:

The download link is “https://mydomain.de/dhl-label-21900.pdf“, but the path to the label is “https://mydomain.de/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_dhl_label/dhl-label-21900.pdf“.

How can the path be set correctly? And: why does it have to be set at all?

Can you try to refresh the WordPress Permalinks settings?

Hi @zappob , did you check if there is any plugin overrided the permalinks? can you try to disable any SEO plugins then refresh the permalinks after that try to download the label.

Sorrily neither the disabling of YoastSEO, nor the change of the permalinks changed anything about this error. I tested the permalinks with “simple” (the page ids), and back again to post name, the shown dl link is always ?“https://mydomain.de/dhl_download_label/21290“, where it should say “…/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_dhl_label/dhl-label-21900.pdf“.

Hi @zappob , I suggest to create a staging environment and disable all other plugin that could contain any functionality related to the permalinks like SEO, redirect .. etc plugins and check it

the download link will be always like : https://mywebsitelink.com/dhl_download_label/5295 but it should download the file.
