PDF Invoices no longer print to separate sheets

    Problem: After update Version 4.5.1 PDF Invoices no longer separate to individual pages when bulk selecting orders.

    Fix: Restore functionality to Version 4.5.0 where PDFs to be separated by a page break again that allows Invoices to be printed on one per page.
