    Hello, not all invoices generate automatically, although the configuration should generate invoices when switching to these order statuses: “Order Completed” / “Order Refunded” / “Customer Invoice / Order Details (E -manual email)”.

    However, all the status information for the extension is green.

    WooCommerce: version 8.5.1

    PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce: version 3.7.6

    If you have any ideas where this problem could come from.

    Please note: using manual PDF invoice generation, it is created correctly and some orders have their invoice generated automatically, but not all.

    I installed WP Mail Log plugin to check and indeed on certain orders the invoice PDF is not generated and does not send as an attachment.

    Are you using any transactional mail service, like MailPoet, Brevo, etc.?

    Yes, I use Brevo transactional mail service (WP Mail SMTP connector).

    As far as we know, Brevo has a limit of 1 attachment per email and max 4 MB file size. Maybe you are attaching another document/file to the mail or are the PDF invoice too heavy?

    The PDF invoice is the only file sent as an attachment.

    The invoices weigh around 250 KB.

    Is it possible that you can switch the mail sending temporarily to your mail server instead (if your provider allows you to create email accounts, too), to rule out that this is not an issue related with Brevo?
