    Hi,

I have installed the PDF Invoices and Packing Slips plugin in my client’s store and when the invoice is generated it gives figures and information that’s totally incorrect in the various columns. We do have the Product Addons Premium plugin also installed which I’m guessing is causing the issues as we are not using the built in Jigoshop variations and attributes as these didn’t do what we needed. The store is https://www.laser-techniques.com/.

If someone could help please as currently this mod is next to useless.

    Many thanks,

    James Isles

by SixtyOneDesigns 2012 or is this another pdf plugin? I found that it stopped working when jigoshop upgraded to 1.9.2

    Any Suggestions

    Hi ozdecor,
we have now officially supported by Jigoshop plugin for pdf invoices. To make the change smooth for our clients, it’s available under same link on jigoshop.com and if you already purchased previous version – you should be able to update for free from https://jigoshop.com/my-account. If you purchased it before new licensing system – please contact us via [email protected] with your order id and new license for you will be generated manually.

    Hi,

Thanks for taking over the plugin and making the updates however it still doesn’t work properly. I have just installed the latest version of the plugin, downloaded an invoice or packing slip and when I try to open the PDF it seems to be corrupted and I get the following error message:

“Adobe Reader could not open because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.”

I have tried a number of times but I always get this error. My client has been waiting weeks for this is it possible to get this working ASAP please?

    Many thanks,

    James Isles

    Hi James,
New plugin release should be visible to download soon – all mentioned issues should be fixed there.
