    After clicking the ‘Generate PDF’ button for invoices, nothing happens. I’ve checked settings, reinstalled the plugin, and even increased memory limits, but PDFs won’t generate.

    Could this be due to a compatibility issue with my theme or server configuration?

    We are not able to replicate the issue. The “Print” and “Download” buttons on the WooCommerce order edit page and “My Account” page are working fine. Kindly share the following details for a better understanding of your system environment.

    • WooComerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).
    • ?Screenshot of error message while clicking the “Print”/”Download” button if any.
    • ?Screenshot of “System Info” tab from plugin settings (Invoice/Packing > General Settings > Help Guide > System Info).
