PDF Invoice no adress anymore

    Hi There

    I have the PDF Invoice & Packing Slips.

    Since about two weeks there is no Billing Adress on the Invoice PDF anymore. Instead its printed N/A.
    I haven’t changed any settings.

    Can anyone help me out with that problem?

    Hi @conigwiedikon,

    That means there is no billing address stored in the order. Can you check if there is a billing address displaying on the order details page?

    Thats the point. There is a billing adress in the order but it doesnt show on the invoice.

    Are you sure it’s not the Shipping address?

    In the backend, do you see both the shipping and billing address here:

    And when you click those edit buttons, are all the required fields filled in?

    Are the addresses printed in the email sent to your and/or your customer?

    I found out that the problem starts already earlier.
    I got the flexible checkout fields and as i did a test order it already showed N/A in the order itself.

    So most probablly the problem is there.
