    Are embedded PDFs indexed for Google search? I have concerns about the SEO implications of embedding PDFs using DearFlip (though this is my preferred method of presenting the content).

    More generally, what SEO implications are there for using DearFlip for PDF content that should be indexed by Google for optimized search, whether as embedded PDF or a Pop-up? Most of my site’s important content is contained in PDFs, which I prefer but generally has disadvantages over straight html when it comes to SEO.

    Hi,

    The plugin pull the pdf to display it. Thats it. Doesn’t add any content thats accessible /indexable for google.

    Pdf content is generally indexed by Google if the link is added to the page. This too is not done by the plugin.
