pdf header on every page

    We would like to add an image (company stationary) to every page of the generated pdf (forminator pro pdf plugin).

    I hooked into the filter ‘forminator_pdf_basic_template_markup’ to replace <bod> with <body> followed with an image and some basic styling. This does only apply to the first page. I would like an option to add this header image to every page (same goes for footer but that is optional).

    I use mpdf in other sites and use a ‘stationary’ or ‘watermark’ wallpaper pdf that is put behind the text on every page, so that would also be an option.

    Also is it correct custom css is not working? I see preset items like ‘logo’ ect but cannot define the logo anywhere.

    Also: inserting richttext with only an ‘<img>’ tag does not show on pdf. I need to add some text like &nbsp; to make it show up
