PDF Glitches

  • When getting PDF invoice or packing slip from backend of Orders tab, the PDF partially loads the logo and then glitches out, omitting all order info and leaving blank lines. See example: https://i.imgur.com/4ngx2po.png

    • No flags in Status
    • Using Simple template
    • Plenty of memory (1k+)
    • Enable debut output: no error message

    Weird thing is that the PDF generated/attached in the Order Notification email works fine.

    That’s a strange issue, especially since you say the attachment worls fine. Can you try if changing the logo to JPG fixes the issue?
    What’s mentioned in the ‘Present’ column of the System Configuration on the Status tab behind ‘GMagick or IMagick’?

    It may be possible that the PDF becomes corrupted somewhere and actually in both the attachment and the backend version, but since the PDF reader is probably not the same, one may be able to cope with this better than the other. You could test this by opening the seemingly corrupted PDF in the same reader as the attachment.

    Could you send me a copy of the ’empty’ PDF at [email protected] so that I can see if I find anything strange in the data?
