pdf Glich for Invoice export

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble! Granted all your plugins are updated, could you please check the following to start troubleshooting?

• check the invoice template settings and make sure fonts are installed:?https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/using-custom-fonts-in-crm-pdfs-e-g-invoice-templates/
• check and make sure you are using default invoice template file:?https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/templating-how-to-change-templates-pdfs-portal-emails/#template-file-variations
• Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.

As per your recommendations, I checked the correct fonts:

and the themes are default:

Heck, I uninstalled all the plugins but jetpack crm:

and the installed theme is default:

+ everything is updated

And I also tried uploading the zip of plugin (plugin rewrite)

Yet the same glitch.

For people having this Issue with PDF

Delete the fonts directory located in

/wp-content/jpcrm-storage/fonts

once you delete the directory “fonts” after generating a PDF, the fonts will be reinstalled automatically!

I was about to drop the info; you beat me, @anikethosamani!
