PDF Giving 404 error

    Hi,

    I have about 15–16 forms added to the contact form, but most of them are giving me a 404 error. Once someone fills out the forms and clicks on the PDF, it goes to a 404 error message each time. Please help me with this. All the PDFs are there but are not working.

    I think there could be both a configuration issue with the plugin and a problem with folder permissions.
