PDF generation doesn't work

I am sorry to hear it doesn’t work for you. On the status page, if you do not use the ‘old tmp’ setting, are all the tmp folders writable (green)? If not, you need to make sure they are. Indeed, some files are copied during installation, namely the fonts.

If the folders were not writable during install, then indeed you may be missing the fonts – I’ll look into adding a switch that’ll allow you to copy these files manually later.

For now you can do that by copying everything from:

/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/lib/dompdf/lib/fonts/

to the font folder in the tmp folder, which usually looks like this:

/wp-content/uploads/wpo_wcpdf/fonts/
