PDF Formatting stripped when downloading pdf

    Hey there,

    We have a custom css stylesheet entered in the settings.

    It works fine and looks great in the preview. But as soon as you click Download PDF from within the preview pane, all formatting is stripped out of the pdf.

    Why is this and how can we keep the formatting there?

    Could you send the URL of a page we can observe the problem?

    Is the CSS file publicly available? The preview/print happens client-side but PDF generation takes place on our servers and needs to be able to access the file.

    Great, that was the clue to the puzzle.

    I was running the site as a local copy so your servers didnt have access to the css file.

    Uploaded to a live dev environment and its working fine.
