PDF Files not showing in media library

  • For some reason lately my PDF files in my media library have disappeared, the links to them throughout my website still work, and they are visible when i connect via FileZilla.

    I have tried selecting different date ranges, showing all media files etc but nothing makes them appear. Any ideas?

    Even when uploading a new PDF, it does not appear however it does still upload as I can see it on FileZilla.

    Nope, not found a solution as of yet, let me know if you hear of any fixes.

    I am having the same issue, the last PDF file successfully uploaded was on 2/24/2017. I have no problems uploading jpg files

    I downloaded the PDF on my web site and renamed the file and re uploaded the file and I have the same issue were the file is not being displayed and is not readable

    Additional test performed – I downloaded the PDF working from my web site and renamed the file and then re uploaded the file. I am still having the same issue were the file is not being displayed and is not readable

    Same problem here. I’ve got several PDFs that are linked in the web site…?but I can’t find them in the media library (we have a small, well-curated library, so looking for them manually is pretty straight forward).

    Has anyone resolved this issue?
