PDF files at dropbox sometimes don’t appear, just a white screen

We’re embedding pdf files from dropbox. However, sometimes the file does not show up. The area where it should appear is just white/blank. The download button however is there, and just works.
Please don’t close this issue before it has been solved! I’m paying for the premium version and want good support. Not just like the same issues have been closed here:
