I indeed have one error in the console (and 45 “warnings”) when I go to a profile page :

I tried disabling the plugins and changing the theme but the problem persists

Have you made any customization with UM hooks?

No I did not modify the plugin.
I finally found a solution by recreating a new form but keeping the same fields.
For the moment it works.
